Premier Pure Fusion - 1320 Mellonia Honey Spirit Aperitif

In the middle ages, when Poland was mostly dark forests and cold, harsh terrain, there was one thing the land brought forth in abundance: Honey.

A young tanner from the village now known as Giecz, whose name has been lost to the years, added a mix of spices with the oil from an orange skin, to spirits infused with honey. They named the drink Mellonia, for the ancient Roman Goddess of bees.
